Secondary Year Level Coordinators’ Message

Term 3 has been a great experience for students, parents and teachers. There were many events in such a short space of time that we are not sure about which to write first.

No doubt, however, that of all the events the highlight was the secondary school camps. Students were very happy with the camps and they provided really positive feedback about their experience. If you browse through the camp photos you can see their beautiful smiles and positive energy.

Other events that took place in Term 3 were the Eid festival, the interschool competitions, the numeracy, literacy and science weeks, and many excursions and incursions. We would like to thank all students for their participation in these events and to our parents who provided their support to their children.

We would like to wish everyone a restful holiday. Before we finish we would like to share the following hadith as advice for our beloved students:

‘Appreciate five things before five others:

Your youth before old age, your health before your illness, your wealth before your poverty, your spare time before your hard work, your life before death.’
